“The Phoenix Fill-Up”

An experience for male pastors.

A highly-curated, intentional space to laugh, refocus and rekindle passion for ministry.

Phoenix, Arizona

April 14-17, 2020

Being a pastor is a challenging and complex vocation that takes its toll. In recent months, we’ve seen the damaging effects and the harsh realities pastors can experience. We love pastors, and we want to help them thrive!

Ministry can leave us lonely and isolated.

Over 1/3 of pastors are at a significant risk of burnout. Only 1/3 are highly satisfied with their friendships. If we are to lead well and go the distance as kingdom leaders we need to restore healthy rhythms, pursue deep friendships and find ways to mend our weary souls.

Thriving is possible, and we want to create a space to cultivate this.

What if instead of fighting the chaos of a conference, we fostered community over a cup of coffee or a cocktail?

What if instead of more information, we focused on more transformation?

What if instead of going faster, we forced ourselves to slow down?

It is possible. The Fill-Up is that place.

During this premier, four-day experience we will:

– Talk practically about pastoring without the crunch of a conference schedule.

– Get real about challenges and gain hope to overcome them.

– Engage in new, exciting experiences under the sunny, Arizona sky.

– Have leisurely meals around the table, deep discussions around the bonfire, and honest reflections around the difficulties of life.

Skip the conference.

Invest in your soul.

The following is included in this exclusive, all-inclusive experience.

A few thoughts from the leaders

We knew the Phoenix Fill Up would be powerful, but it exceeded our expectations. The connection, relaxation, and depth were transformative for every guy there. We can’t encourage you enough to invest in yourself, your family and your team by attending the best leadership development experience you’ll have all year!- Alan Briggs, Guide.

The Phoenix Fill Up is an event like no other. I love being a part of curating environments that allow guys to settle in, ease up and walk away from the time feeling full, renewed and refreshed. It gives me a chance to design a unique space that helps leaders disconnect from the daily grind, connect with others on the same journey and go home better prepared for what’s next.- Michael Larson, Curator

Testimonials from Phoenix Fill-Up 2019

“Refreshed” is how I would describe my experience. Gathering with a group of pastors for rest, fun, amazing food and conversation does something for your soul that you don’t know you need until you experience it. I can’t recommend it enough for leaders who want to take their health and longevity seriously. David, Colorado Pastor

The Phoenix Fill Up was a great time to connect with other pastors and recharge my batteries. I encourage any Pastor who feels like they’ve given all that there is to give to attend. Roosevelt, Arizona Pastor

The Phoenix Fill Up was a wonderful time to simply receive. Not only did it encourage me, but it inspired me to better encourage my own volunteers and staff. Dale, California Pastor

The Phoenix Fill Up provided me with the rare opportunity to unplug from leadership responsibilities and connect with other pastors in a relaxed setting. The entire experience was filled with blessings and refueled me to create more impact in my ministry context. Aaron, Louisiana Pastor

The Phoenix Fill Up was more valuable to me than I ever could have expected! Organized and implemented by men who obviously understand the heart and rigors of a pastor’s life, it was one of the most rejuvenating experiences I have ever had. Michael, Montana Pastor
